From surviving the ceiling to outgrowing the system.
Tanya Dotson-Winckler is the creator of From Trauma to Triumph™ and a Trauma-Informed Executive Strategist known for helping high-achieving Black women reset their nervous systems, reclaim their authority, and lead from a place of clarity instead of survival.
After decades of leadership and transformation work across the U.S. and Europe, Tanya now leads the Beyond Survival movement, supporting Black women who are no longer hitting ceilings but outgrowing the systems they once succeeded in.
Her work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, identity, and leadership, guiding women through the critical shift from “How did this happen?” to “What was this preparing me for?”
Tanya is also co-founder of the 300Thousand movement, amplifying the voices and leadership of Black women navigating one of the largest professional migrations in recent history.
Your spirit already knows the way. Greta helps you listen.
Greta Counts is the founder and CEO of the Center for Self-Awareness and the author of Mirror Work Works. With more than 22 years in personal growth and professional development, she has devoted her life to one essential truth: transformation begins within.
As a philosopher, spiritual teacher, minister, and certified life coach, Greta guides individuals, leaders, and organizations to move past what they think they know about themselves and reawaken to the inner wisdom that was always there. Her approach draws from a deep well of spiritual traditions and practical methodologies, all rooted in the belief that authentic change is not about doing more. It is about becoming more of who you already are.
At ROAR, Greta holds the Spirit pillar, creating space for women to hear themselves clearly, rise courageously, and step fully into their sovereignty.
ROAR is not just a conference. It is a homecoming. Join Frenesa, Tanya, and Greta for a weekend that will shift how you see yourself, how you move in the world, and what you believe is possible.
