ROAR Virtual Experience
Effective October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Breakthrough Now LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), which offers the ROAR Virtual Experience (Realizing Our Authentic Radiance) in collaboration with facilitators Frenesa K Hall, MD, Tanya Dotson-Winckler, and Greta Counts, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit WeRoarSummit.com, contact us, or register for ROAR.
The short version: We collect only what we need to run ROAR and stay in touch with you. We never sell your information. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information you give us:
Information collected automatically: Like most websites, our site and website platform may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited, and referring website, using cookies and similar tools.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card information goes directly to Stripe and is handled under Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive confirmation of your payment, your name, email, and the amount paid, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed:
ROAR will be recorded so that VIP participants can receive a recording. If you keep your camera on or speak during the Event, you may appear in that recording. You may keep your camera off and use any display name you choose. We will not use your image, voice, or words in public marketing without your separate written permission.
ROAR is a space for honest conversation about stress, trauma, and healing. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We ask all participants to keep what others share confidential, but we cannot guarantee how other participants will act. ROAR is educational, and information you share in the group is not treated as a medical or therapy record.
If you register or sign up, we may send you emails about ROAR and related resources. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send you messages needed for an Event you registered for.
Our website uses cookies to make pages work, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
We use reasonable measures, including secure, encrypted payment processing and trusted service providers, to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your information as long as needed to run ROAR, stay in touch if you have asked us to, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's law. To make a request, contact us using the form below.
ROAR is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our site may link to other websites, such as Stripe or facilitator websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
